What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, email address, phone number and details you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a member, to deliver the service.

Information we hold about members

Supporting a property means documenting it. For members we hold records of the equipment, networks, accounts and configurations at the property, because we cannot support a system we have no record of. This information is held securely, is never shared, and is deleted when a membership ends unless you ask us to retain it.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If web analytics are in use they are configured to collect aggregate traffic data only, with IP addresses anonymised.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become memberships are deleted within two years.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
