Aspen · Roaring Fork Valley · Since 2013
Technology concierge for Aspen homes & businesses.
Ajax MS looks after the WiFi, the smart home, the cybersecurity and the everyday technology in homes and businesses across the valley — on membership, for one monthly fee, so everything simply works. Membership is capped at 250 clients.
What we look after
Four things,
one relationship.
Nobody wakes up wanting managed IT. They want the WiFi to reach the guest house, the cameras to be recording, the music to play in the right room and nobody reading their email. These are the four disciplines that deliver that.
01
Technology Concierge
One point of contact for every device, network and system in the property — and for every vendor who installed them.
Explore02
Smart Home Systems
Control4, Sonos, lighting, cameras and automation, kept working long after the installer has moved on.
Explore03
Managed WiFi & Networks
Business-grade networks that reach the guest house, the garage and the gate. Monitored, not just installed.
Explore04
Cybersecurity & Network Protection
Firewalls, device protection, backups and monitoring, sized for a household or a small business rather than a bank.
ExploreThe problem we solve
Fifteen systems.
Fifteen phone numbers.
The technology in a modern house is not one system. It is a router from the internet provider, access points added by an electrician, a control system from an integrator who has since moved on, cameras from a security firm, speakers from whoever delivered the furniture, and a printer nobody will admit to buying.
Each has its own app, its own login and its own support line in another time zone. When something stops working, every one of those companies can truthfully say the fault is somebody else's. That is the actual problem — not the equipment.
Ajax MS takes ownership of the whole of it. We document what is installed, monitor what can be monitored, deal with the vendors on your behalf, and answer the phone when it doesn't work.

Why members stay
Small enough to know your house.
Local since 2013
We live and work in the valley. On-site means today or tomorrow, not a ticket in a queue in another state, and we know which providers actually serve which side of the mountain.
Straight answers
We will tell you when a system is worth repairing rather than replacing, and when the cheaper option is the right one. Nobody is working to a sales target here.
Deliberately limited
Membership is capped at 250 clients. It is the only way to promise that the person who answers already knows your property, and it is why we occasionally have a waiting list.
One relationship
One number, one invoice, one company that owns the problem — instead of four vendors each explaining that it is one of the others.
Membership
Three tiers.
Priced per property rather than off a list, because a two-bedroom apartment and a house with three outbuildings are not the same job. We survey first, then quote a fixed monthly fee.

Request membershipHow we start
Three stages.
Every membership begins the same way, because you cannot support a property you have never seen and nobody has ever written down.
01
Survey
We visit the property, document every system, network and account, and produce a written picture of what is actually installed. Most clients have never had one.
02
Put it right
We fix what is broken, replace what is failing, consolidate the apps and accounts, and leave the network and systems in a state that can be supported properly.
03
Look after it
Continuous monitoring, proactive maintenance and a number you call. Members reach a person who already knows the property, not a queue that has to start from scratch.
Where we work
Across the valley.
Based at the Aspen Airport Business Center and working from Aspen down to Glenwood Springs. Remote support reaches everywhere; on-site visits are generally same-day or next-day within the valley.
Questions
Before you call.
The things people ask us most often, answered without the marketing. If yours isn't here, phone and ask.
What does Ajax MS membership include?
Ajax MS membership provides ongoing technology support for your home or business. We help with WiFi networks, smart home systems, cybersecurity, devices, printers, audio systems and everyday technology issues. Members receive priority support, remote troubleshooting and on-site service when required.
Do you only support businesses?
No. Many of our members are homeowners who want a single trusted expert to manage the technology in their homes. We also support small businesses, offices and hospitality locations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes. Many issues can be solved remotely, but we regularly visit client homes and offices when hands-on support is needed.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Members have access to a 24/7 support line for urgent issues. Most problems can be resolved remotely, and if necessary we can arrange on-site assistance.
What areas do you serve?
Ajax MS serves Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale and the wider Roaring Fork Valley.
Is membership limited?
Yes. Ajax MS intentionally limits membership to 250 clients to maintain a high level of personal service and responsiveness. When we are at capacity we operate a waiting list.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is priced per property, because a two-bedroom apartment and a 12,000 square foot house with three outbuildings are not the same job. We survey the property first, then quote a fixed monthly fee against one of three tiers. Calling us never costs extra.
Can you take over systems installed by someone else?
Yes, and we usually do. Most properties we take on have equipment from several different installers. We document what is there, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and bring the whole of it under one point of contact.
Tired of being your own IT department?
Membership is capped at 250 clients. Tell us about the property and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
